These terms govern the cleaning services provided by ClearHive Ltd("ClearHive") and your use of our website. By booking a service, you agree to these terms.
Bookings & quotes
Quotes are provided free of charge and are based on the information you give us. Final pricing may be adjusted if the scope of work differs materially from what was described at the time of quoting.
Rescheduling & cancellations
You may reschedule or cancel a booking by giving reasonable notice. We ask for as much notice as possible so we can offer the slot to another customer.
Our service commitment
Our cleaners are vetted, DBS-checked and fully insured. If you're not satisfied with any aspect of a clean, let us know promptly and we'll do our best to put it right.
Payment
Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking. Prices are quoted in GBP and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Our full liability terms will be provided with your booking confirmation.
